How the process works

Arrange a date

If you’d prefer to be in the know about our visit, this is an option, I only ask that your kitchen and front of house staff are unaware. We’ll agree a visit within a period of 2 weeks, so you don’t have complete certainty when I’ll show up.

The visit

Within 2 weeks of the visit you’ll receive a detailed report of the experience and recommendations.

Feedback

Once you have received the feedback, it is yours to implement as you see necessary. You may choose to leave it there, or invest in the full consultancy service.
