Vegan Con Carne was born from a simple but undervalued need - more nutrition consideration for those with dietary requirements when reliant on hospitality venues for all of your meals. As someone with lived experience and expertise in this area, I created Vegan Con Carne to ensure that everyone, regardless of their dietary needs feels welcome, full, and cared for.

I work with places where guests stay at least two nights, like retreats, hotels, or resorts, because that’s when food really starts to matter.

This training will empower chefs to care through food—and to see dietary meals not as a burden, but as an opportunity.


The home table: recipes for mixed-diet households

There’s another arm of Vegan Con Carne: my passion for making mealtimes easier at home, especially in households where not everyone eats the same way.

Most of the time, I cook one base dish, then serve it with vegan protein or meat depending on who’s eating. It’s inclusive, adaptable, and honestly just more fun (even if it does mean a few extra pans).
